Problem with MIDI Madness 3

Hey all, anybody using Midi Madness 3.05 by Midi Madness Software? I'm using using a registered version with REAPER v6.12c/x64 under Windows 10.

The problem is that when I use MIDI Madness to generate notes with a duration of a quarter or lower, the result instead are notes with 0 (zero) duration; not very useful.

No info in the manual, so I just sent a help request e-mail to the company, but I thought I'd check here too (they don't have a support forum).

UPDATE: I figured it out. Turns out that the dotted and underlined quarter notes in the note-selection menu controls ALL selected notes, and not just quarter notes. Counter intuitive, but I understand it now.
