Default Hedgehog Groovething - an unfinished tune with plenty of fluffed bits

After several years of drunkenly playing acoustic guitar at people, wishing I was in a band again (the last was about twenty years ago!) I've recently started doing this stuff again.

I'm loving it!

I added some 12-string doubling the main bass part and opening up for the string chord progression.

The latter had a Bbmaj. I tried, I really did, but ended up changing the chord progression to ditch the Bbmaj as it's an absolute bugger to play on the 12 string.

I need to re-record the 12-string parts as they're a bit messy and I probably need to re-record the Telecaster/Cry-baby part too.

That was incredibly good. Very very good man. Impressive. I wish I had your techno skills. No one over here smokes any more. Well barely. You're in the minority there. Vaping is more popular now I think LOL.

The mix was fantastic and your sounds were superb. You da man. We're doing the same thing. I will be 50 in January. And the drummer I'm playing with is a year younger. And we recently added a bass player who I think is 52. Or 54. Somewhere around there. I played with the drummer in the early 90s for a few years and had a blast. And the new bass player is the same. Did a lot of gigging and recording back in the day.

Gotta have something to keep us young. I have played bass and drums and a bit of guitar in church over my life, and wrote a few songs. But in the last year we recorded about 17 songs so far. I think... None as good sounding as yours. LOL.

Cripes, cheers 41TWIN.

I'm not sure why this one works as well as it does. Really it's just happening upon the right things at the right time - as much luck as judgement.

I turned 50 in November, despite smoking!

(Though it's definitely a very, very stupid thing to do.)
