Default Region-Marker Manager Export to CSV minutes-seconds rounding

When using Minutes:Seconds as the ruler unit in the timeline, then using the Region/Marker Manager to export the region list to a CSV file, the Start, End, and Length values get rounded to the nearest tenth of a value.

For example, a region with the values:

0:02.713
0:10.270
0:07:557

will export as

00:02.7
00:10.3
00:07.6

Which completely destroys the arrangement of the regions if you re-import them.

A workaround is to use samples as the ruler unit before working with CSV, but this shouldn't be necessary.

System:

Reaper v5.40 x64 rev 584a8e (Mar 23 2017)
Win 7 Pro SP1 64-bit

I think the truncation is a result of importing the CSV file into excel. I ran into this same issue. Looking at the CSV in a text editor shows that it has all appropriate values.

I use Libreoffice. Upon import to Calc (or Excel) you can select the datatype for each column.

I usually change such problem columns to Text.

Thanks for catching that! I will try these workarounds to the problem with Excel
