For native spacers there's "I_SPACER" for GetMediaTrackInfo_Value.

If by spacer you mean a track layout that looks like a spacer you can get the layout name via reaper.GetSetMediaTrackInfo_String ("P_TCP_LAYOUT" and "P_MCP_LAYOUT").
