Pucker Fullscreen on OSX

I'd like to see at least an option for Fullscreen mode to be 'topmost' and truly fullscreen on Mac. The only way to do it right now is to hide the dock. Otherwise, the Fullscreen mode simply sits above the dock, wasting great real-estate.

+ 1, would be handy. There are small utilities that make this possible around but a native solution would be better.

Right now I can only find one, but I seem to remember that I've seen another one as well... somwehere. Here is the one I found anyway:

... seems to do what it should but I've read some bad reviews of it as well (some users report that it interferes with Applescript based applications) so you might want to Google it a bit before installing.
