Default Tempo Markers and Regions

Once upon a time, I swear there was a way to lock tempo markers to regions, so moving a tempo marker earlier didn't mess up what was in the region, but that seems not to be the case anymore

Sometimes I do need to change tempo markers in earlier sections, but don't want later stuff in other regions affected, is there something I can do?

But if you change the tempo, timing will change. The only way is to use timebase time (there's even timebase for tempo envelope in project settings) or warp grid (because when you warp grid you also change the tempo of surrounding markers so the front grid lines stay in place)

If this doesn't point you in the right direction, maybe you could share an example project of some kind of screenshot with before/after of what you want to accomplish
