Open reaper, hit the "?" key, type "resource path" in the "Filter" field, double click on the "Show REAPER resource path in explorer" action. That will open the folder containing the reaper-license.rk file which is what you need to import. (This apparently isn't in the manual, which is weird.)
Re: EZ Drummer, i haven't used it specifically, but, assuming windows here, in general you need to make sure that reaper can find the .dll file that represents the plugin. Adding the "location of EZ Drummer" won't do anything unless it's the location of the actual DLL (i think reaper also looks in subdirectories, but not sure.) Sometimes plugin installations create their "main" directory for the manuals, uninstall program, web links, etc, in the Program Files or wherever, but install the DLL somewhere else, like a VST Plugins directory, which is sometimes not the VST plugins directory a given DAW actually looks for. E.g. check for a VST plugins directory in both Program Files and Program Files (x86) if you're on a 64bit machine and make sure both are in the preferences path, etc, or consult EZ Drummer documentation for info about where the DLL might have gone.
