Default No Sound After Upgrading to Mojave

I'm seeing a signal but no sound is going to my interface or coming out speakers. I went to security settings and selected Reaper as a microphone.

This is very strange.

After doing this step, did you already restart Reaper or re-select the audio device under Preferences > Audio > Device , just in case?

Assuming the correct device is selected in the preferences... Do the built-in inputs/outputs work? Maybe there's an updated driver required for your device?

Yes, I did this. Ironically, it was working this morning but now it's not.

They don't seem to be working with Reaper.

Everything works correctly with Youtube.

Very strange

What’s an aggregate device, maybe it could help me with a plugin that has no sound.
