Relative AND Grid Snapping at the SAME TIME

Is there a script or setting I can use to get grid snapping AND relative snapping to work.

Works with MIDI notes, but not with media items in tracks. (It's either/or)

I don't think it would make much sense considering the number of snapping options in the arrange.

It might help if you explain what you're trying to do. Have you tried using item offsets? You can drag the little triangle in the bottom left of the item to set an extra snap point for the item.

But the short answer is "no."

Although if you enable relative snap and snapping to items on other tracks and some items are on the grid, you could sorta fake it...
