Default Fx in track and in MIDI item

How is their order? If I have Fx in track and in MIDI item (on this track) which ones will be first in the queue?

As an Addendum (maybe useful to OP):

You can put Audio FX plugins in a MIDI Item's FX Chain but these won't work;
only MIDI FX plugins will work in a MIDI Item's FX Chain.

I think I can get around this. I can freeze track and put Fx on it.
