Default How do I reset theme colors back to original defaults?

I made an attempt to modify colors of the themes I have been using and I don't like how things turned out and want to simply reset all color options to the way they were when I first installed Reaper.

How can I do this?

In REAPER go to Options > Themes > Default.

Hope that helps.

If you saved your modified themes with new names (always recommended), the originals should still be accessible from the theme list.

If you didn't, but used only the theme tweaker (Theme Development) to change the colors, you could delete the given color definition files from the ColorThemes folder (in Reaper resource path). The original theme still has its own color definition file inside the theme package, so once the modified file has been deleted, it won't override the one inside the package anymore.

Example
Reaper default theme file (package): Default_5.0.ReaperThemeZip
Default theme color definition file: Default_5.0.ReaperTheme

If you did modify the actual theme packages, repacked the modified files etc., easiest solution is to simply download the original themes again. Remember that you will have to delete from the ColorThemes folder the files you have modified, otherwise they might still override your newly downloaded themes.
