Default New Theme Thought

Is it possible within walter to have configuration settings saved?

eg. If the theme has some features that a user does not like it could be turned off by the end user.

Thanks for your responses.

If you save a project it will automatically save your configuration & reload it next time you open that project.
I dont know of a way to make this globally affect all projects present and future...
Probably is one but sincve I have never needed it I havent bothered to look.

Thank you for you response.

I guess I did not explain this very good. I did not mean global. I mean to have an configuration menu within the theme to configure features of the theme only.

For example you do not want tracks with sends / receives you could turn them off and a track without sends / receives would be displayed instead.

The part that is not clear if even possible, can walter store status changes?

Walter can't store anything, or provide a config menu.

However, a few updates back they added some user-definable variables in Walter that scripts can access. I don't know how, but I think it allow for a script that could serve as a config menu. You'd maybe have to let it run at Reaper startup to apply saved values to the theme though.
