Default VST similar to SoundHack morphfilter ?

I think I posted this in the right spot. I've used the Spectral Shapers forever, especially morphfilter. I use it mostly to carve EQ curves, and don't really use the modulation stuff.

Lately it's not working with a new system for some reason, in Reaper 64 - both the latest SoundHack morphfilter and 32 bit/earlier versions.

Is there anything out there similar feature wise i.e. being able to draw a mild to extreme curve over the freq spectrum? Free is best but I can spend $100 max.

Edit: dug through the pile and Melda's MEqualizer gets pretty close but would love to hear if any others are out there.

Keep digging ... https://www.meldaproduction.com/MFreeformEqualizer

"Just draw the equalization that you want "

It's 50% off in the New Year's sale.

Edit:
Ha, you also get: "Automatic equalization (also called EQ matching) which applies the tonal characteristics of one audio material to another."

Or https://www.meldaproduction.com/MFreeformAnalogEq ?
