Default Reaper 6 - No space for track name at top of the track?

I'm attaching a picture of my Reaper 6 track example. Is this correct? Should there be a space for the track name at the top of the track?
Please see the attached png screenshot of the way my Track looks.

Default Also no Pan icon?

On this Reaper 6 Track icon, I'm also not seeing a Pan icon. Is this Reaper 6 Theme for Tracks looking correct? I've attached a png of the Track icon at the bottom. I can enter the track name there. But still not seeing a Pan icon.

Ah! I wonder if this might be a monitor problem.

Check Options, Preferences, General, Advanced UI System tweaks. Look at the HDPI setting. Try changing it to Aware or Mulitimonitor aware - see if that helps.

Default Problem with Vers 6 Theme

Thanks for the tip, I'm set to Multimonitor Aware, and have the same problem,
My Track Icon still looks like this -

which I think is not correct. I have Windows 10 on a laptop, 15" screen.
