Default Site license installations

For any questions about site license installations, including classroom licenses, please email support at cockos.

Please note that by default, the REAPER license will only be imported for the currently active user. If you wish to license REAPER for all users of the computer, simply copy the REAPER license key file (normally called reaper-license.rk, attached to your original REAPER license email) to the same directory as the REAPER application itself.

The REAPER application directory is typically C:\Program Files\REAPER or C:\Program Files (x86)\REAPER on Windows, or /Applications on OS X.

If you would like more specific information, please feel free to email.

PS. Additional note on OS X: if you do not wish to see the license key file in the /Applications directory, for convenience you can open a terminal window (/Applications/Utilities/Terminal) and type "sudo chflags hidden /Applications/reaper-license.rk".
