I checked the lines you told me and are already translated but in Reaper are Still in English.

For instance:

7FA9D4B370190166=Item time&base:
7FA9D4B370190166=Base de Tiempo:

About the Vst I/O , I have this:

6B56C6139B732C73=VST In
C5E242511A8A4300=VST Out

6B56C6139B732C73=Entrada
C5E242511A8A4300=Salida

And Also Still in English in Reaper.



Pd. Tested in Mac OsX I'll check in also in Windows and let you Know
