media explorer view

Somehow I've managed to change my media explorer view and I can't get it back to how I want it.

I don't have to filter box, toggle list/ details / or any of the columns for file, size, type etc.

What have I done?????😂🤣🤣

First thing that comes to mind is didplay Show menu and check options are as you want/

Thanks. I can't see any options in that menu for either the list details box or the columns. Can you send me a screenshot?

That doesn't make any difference here. Still no columns / filter box / list / details

columns will appear once you select details and the details drop down is disabled when that option is selected.

So to be clear it must be unticked.
