Default Where does Reaper place all it's files on macOS?

Trying to find the Repeaks folder and other stuff so I can delete whatever is in there....I have tried show resources tab...did a search on the Macintosh HD - cannot find it anywhere .

I am guessing it's in a Library folder somewhere, but where?

In Reaper menu Options / Preferences / General / Paths
Choose your desired folder or see where it was before.

Thanks - as I wrote I already checked there...

Anyhoo, got bigger issues now as Reaper is refusing to load projects as there is some issue with the repeaks path which is typed correctly as it was cut/pasted.

So more stuff to worry about..

Beginning to think this jump to MAC was not such a good idea!

On Mac, Reaper's default behavior is to place peaks in the same directory as the audio file in question. Permissions can lead to errors if Reaper can't write new files/folders to the source directory. So, first I'd check the source directory where the audio lives and make sure its not read-only or something along those lines. Try copying the project+audio to your home directory, for example.

Peaks can be re-generated quickly, so I wouldn't worry too much about them. I have all my peaks generated to a scratch folder in my home directory.

Other locations to know:
~/Library/Application Support/Reaper
/Applications/REAPER.app (right-click and select "show package contents")

Cut/pasted from where? You mention a jump to Mac, did you copy Windows paths?
