Forgive me if I might ask a profoundly naive question here, but is this a theme that is in any way usable on a single monitor or is it really only viable on a dual monitor setup?
Sorry if this is a dumb question, but with all the free themes available I've never tried any of albert's pay to play themes, as stunning as they are (and they are) and the only one of his free pre-releases I tried had a large fixed size mixer that didn't scale down to be usable on a single monitor setup at all.
I'd love to donate and try out this lovely theme, but I'm only using one 24" monitor and I don't want to do it if I'd end up with a theme I can't use.

Mr. Riot -
What's the resolution of your monitor? I happen to use 2 screens, but my "good" monitor is a 24", 1920x1200. I think I'd be OK with one monitor if it was this slightly higher than '1080 res.
Might be a little tight on a 1080. But, come to think of it, I recall that I donated for an Albert theme before I had that monitor and I used it with no problem. Personal preference, I guess. Try it if you like it. It's not gonna kill you either way.

Im having a blast using it on a 13" macbook air.
I only use about 6 tracks without any plugins and a couple a send/recieve routes.
I was trying to use it with the mixer docked, but quickly abandoned that for switching between mixer and main screen with Command M.
If you're trying to mix 100 tracks with a dozen plugins its not gunna matter what theme you use right? I would say this theme is just as useful as any other on a small single screen, it just looks prettier than the rest.

I must say, I specifically drop by the REAPER forums at least once per day to see what updates are happening with this theme.
I am really looking forward to being able to use this once it fills out a bit more.

While I have a 2 24" monitor setup I mostly use the second monitor for plugins and meters if needed. You'll be fine with a single 24" utlizing the keys f7, f8, and f9 to quickly switch between tracking, editing and mixing screensets. I can post pictures if uou like for a visual.

Ah yes, I should clarify. I'm just using a single 24" monitor at 1920 x 1080 and my projects tend to run around 20-30 tracks maximum. I typically work with everything on a single screen for general usage (as the stock photo for Reaper shows) while sometimes minimizing or removing the mixer for editing.
If I ever switch to a dual monitor setup or even a larger single I'll definitely be all over albert's themes, but at the moment they don't seem to really fit my workflow.
Thank you all for the information.

Ha! Easy for you to say ...
One desktop with 2 x 1920x1200 and one with 55" 4K. TORTURE to go back to one monitor !!! Maybe later when mostly VST3 and sizeable??

Erm I work on a single 26" @ 1080P and it works beautifully. I have the mixer pop up in a floating window as and when required no big deal. just make sure to limit to single row mixer as atm i think graphics get screwed up (I think it looks better anyway in single row especially if using floating mixer)

item volum knob and track select in tcp
Hello Albert,
it would be great to change the apparence of the item volum knob !
...and a single light color for better recognition of selected tracks on tcp.

I hope you will make a TCP that stands out to defenrentiate Buses from regular tracks. I use the inspector for buses in the mixer right now its awesome ! A TCP equivalency would be great !
Names on separators are really nice also !

Thanks to those who have decided to share the theme in warez pages and others, as I understand it is not a theme for everyone because of how expensive it is, and little work it takes to do it.
thanks again ... thanks thanks thanks ..

I don´t believe!!!
This is one of things that made me decide for not produce video lessons for sale in the Net. So much brasilian users of REAPER ask me for produce it, but I not see a secure form of take out my time, knowledge and effort for to produce a good final product and NOT see it fastly shared by one or more buyers.
I hope you still the theme development but I´ll understand if you not make this.
Best regards.

Yo no lo he visto en una web de warez, pero si lo he visto en el stash mismo de reaper, entra y verás que está puesto y el que lo ha puesto dice que es que lo ha visto pululando por la red.
No entiendo determinadas cosas, en serio.

That is really a disgusting thing to do albert, I'm sorry that happened. I do hope you keep on working on this theme and if you do release the smaller aspects for single screen use I promise now that I will donate to support your work.

It's a real pain - I'll continue to support your work Albert so I hope this isn't too much of a shock.

Enhorabuena ¡¡¡

I haven't purchased this theme (yet) but it is obvious how much time, effort and artistic talent is being put into this project!
It's a shame that this has happened... I hope that honest / honorable / ethical REAPER users prevail!

Back on to positive talk.
Albert, have you got other views planned for tcp/mcp (besides the narrow view you spoke of)? The inspector view would be a lovely mixer channel if the fader was on the bottom and the width was cut in half.

Better still, don't waste time on the warez merchants. They would never have been paying customers anyway & I would bet that 99% of those downloading your theme haven't paid for reaper either, but on the positive side, you can pretty well bet none of them will actually turn out any worthwhile result from their plundering.
Most warez users are just collectors, not users, so you lose zero income in real terms.
And once again, from those of us who DO use and appreciate your work, a heartfelt THANKS.
In my case doubly so since I found out you are not even an actual user of Reaper on a regular basis.

Hmmmmmm. I did donate BTW.
Lots of positives from Albert, but starting to seem like development--by-committee. Is this somewhat due to not being full-time Reaper User? Slowly settling back to WT Imperial or Imperial 24 and watching what comes along.
In spite of WT critics, credit is due his strong ideas and almost single-minded design goals.
Seems like we could be another year fiddling with knob sizes, fonts, and
OK, I've got my armor on ...
