Is it possible something like this?

If it not possible a NO would be enough for me ... cause I am a little tired of revising all the options in Reaper to find this ...

Not possible. You can right-click piano roll keys to select notes on the given pitch, but the keys won't show selected notes.

Ty Xpander, I just wanted to be sure.

Do you think is that something possible to get done by the devs? I mean perhaps you have some idea if getting that is so messy.

Devs could do it, but I have no idea how "messy" that would be. I think there has actually been a similar request in the past. If not for selected notes, at least for displaying playback notes on keys.
