Default how do I mark on a track?
I want to add markers to my track so they stay with the waveform like stretch markers do. However I don't want to stretch. I want to drag the markers around but just as markers nothing else. How would I do this please?

You can grab a marker up above the timeline, left click and drag it around where you like. Turn off snapping if you don't want it going to the grid.
