Default Automation OSC

Is it possible to extract all the numerical values (time position, value) of the automation points for a plugin?
Is this possible via OSC?

I would just like to have a numerical list of points:
(time1, value 1)
(time2, value 2)
... and so on
via OSC for processing in an external application

I don't get it.
A "list" seems static, OSC is realtime.

OSC is generally about sending strings around between devices.

Unfortunately, Reaper isn't very good about letting you send custom strings out over OSC.

It's fine about receiving any string you like... with certain limitations (either it's parsed and bound to a known command or you lose anything after a space).

So I don't think, within Reaper itself, you could walk through your plug ins, instantiate each one, determine all the automation points and emit them as a set of strings over OSC - because that's not built in.
