Why would you need a manual for a theme? It only changes the appearence, not the functionality

Hi,
I just installed 1.7 and am seeing this 'stepped' parent/child style which is different to your screenshot:

I've noticed that when you enlarge a track vertically, you can see the gradient background being stretched and it's not nice to see. Is it possible to make the tcp background image twice or triple its current size?

Is there a reason for the above example please?
In your screenshots on the first page of this thread, the parent/child gfx seem different.

Hi Blankfiles. I tested 1.7 extensively. It seems to work pretty well, good job!
Few improvements:
- first we really need a dual knob MCP (and TCP) version for when I use Dual Pan option it is really unconfortable to change the Rigth and Left pan with two different controls (a knob and the pink slider) (see attach C).
- second: in TCP I would put the volume number close and aligned with the volume slider (see attach A) and potentially the input on the second row
- third: the small item volume knob (when chosen in options to visualize knob instead for item volume)could be improved in terms of being a bit clearer (see attach B)
thanks!

@Blankfiles, Thank you for this awesome theme! I tried the minimal free version and I can only say that the amount of work you put in this is amazing.. Love every bit of it. For this reason I donated and I am looking forward to try the latest full version. :-D

Display default.
If "Clickable icon for folder tracks to Show/Hide children" is checked, the MCP the first track of the folder displays a white rectangle on the track number.
If not checked, the display is corect.

Optimizing the workspace.
Minimize the height borders for "Transport Dock" and the toolbar named "Transport Toolbar" would be effective for optimizing the workspace.

Thank you to consider my sugestions.
Your theme is among the best, and there is very little for me that makes sense.
Have included the VCA fader is a request I made some time ago.
The visual identification of tracks types is really a plus.
Follow your way and forget Logic, Repaer opens great opportunities.
Lighten somewhat interface greatly increase the readability based on your most clear tones.
In my view provide any interface made little confuse a regular, you did well to also deliver the standard interface, it is a bit confusing in its layout, but common to all users.
My automation made its mainly based on "Toolbars" the highly personalized menus very little unless necessary.
I made arrangements with the following topics:
- Blackface
- Imperial 24
- Imperial LCS
- Solaris LCS
All these topics are interesting, but in the long run have either default or ergonomics readability.
My toolbars are common to all these themes, for their quick access to functions.
Your theme is very promising and I started to build with, I'll make some "tweaks" on colors for "Toolbars" I import my own icons.
I think there must be a way to make nice, readable, effective.
Courrage good for the future.
Cordially.

Please look at the screenshots you posted of 1.7
You can see the parent child graphics are smoother, you have added a triangular piece which opens into the child track. Compare this with my screenshot.
All you need to do is examine the areas I have encircled with similar areas of your 1.7 shots at the head of this thread. They are different.

strange behavior
Hi Blankfiles.. yesterday I was yousing 1.7 on a dual monitor setup having the mixer undocked to an own monitor. Surprisingly I got a bad issue on MCP on all folder tracks where a colored bar would overlay to the track number and if you click it it's going to show or hide child tracks (on MCP not TCP).
I don't have a picture with me now, I'll try to attach it tomorrow, is it a known problem?

Hey blankfiles I have tried the free version because I was curious and I've noticed a few things:
1) You fixed the fader that overlaps the peak indicator when it's at +12dB, but the 1.7 version has still that bug.
2) I like the track layout you made avaible. Can you add it to the full version?

MCP issue
here is the picture I was referring to in my last post. If you click the white square all child tracks get folded up in MCP (didn't even know this was possible...)

Thanks so much for this theme. Really great work.
I have a couple requests I'd love to see for 1.8.
I love the separator option in the TCP. Really useful. It would be great if the separator didn't go past where the meter is on the other tracks. Would be a little cleaner visually.
Second, and I don't know if this is possible, but would love to have dual panners as an option in this theme. Maybe a default single panner layout and then another layout for dual panner
so the user could decide if they want dual panner on a track?
