Someone made a comment the other day saying I was just playing nonsense with no harmonic structure and it was just like a kid playing random notes in a chaotic way on the piano.all bullshit of course.each part of the time was planned and executed adhering to strict musical commands and rules the whole purpose being to project the mental state of delerium in a musical way to the listener hence giving them a unique and intimate glimpse of insanity.
The modes used were chromatic, wholetone, minor, major, prometheus, Enigmatic .
delirium
/dɪˈlɪrɪəm/Submit
noun
an acutely disturbed state of mind characterized by restlessness, illusions, and incoherence, occurring in intoxication, fever, and other disorders.
"somewhere a patient shouted in delirium"
synonyms: derangement, dementia, dementedness, temporary madness/insanity.on the whole a very bipolar composition.

You've just described the story of my life in music.
We compose, arrange and record for our own reasons and needs. My attitude is my work is on Bandcamp; I did not produce it for the world to run to my door in acclamation and awe (I'd be waiting a long time......) Should anyone perchance to alight upon one of my magnum opuses (should that be "Opi"? Latin was not on the curriculum at my old alma mater.) and should they actually enjoy my output, then I would be pleased. If they do not like what they hear and move on that too is fine with me. I had the pleasure of creating my stuff and letting it loose on the net to ensnare unsuspecting listeners who wander by and that suffices. It's only rock'n roll.

Obviously an abstract piece of music but sounds in the ballpark of a score for a Tim Burton movie to me. It also reminded me of a more impressionistic version of some of the tunes off of Jaco's last album.

I dug some of it, not something I can dance to but appreciate the musicianship and vision of the tune. I stand by the movie score thing and you should definitely consider it because I bet you would be amazing at it. Cool original stuff

I think it's great!
In general, I'm not universally fond of improvisations. Free jazz, for instance, often causes indigestion. But this doesn't strike me as chaos, at all.

Once again - dude, you must have listened to Zappa's "Civilization Phase III", or at least "Jazz From Hell".
I'd love to see Pierre Berlioz conducting something like this with a real orchestra. Your "Arf Arf" piece definitely dives into Zappa guitar solo territory. Boy, do I miss Frank. Thanks for bringing a little of that back to me. Keep it up. Get some of this uploaded to YouTube, please!

It won't surprise you to know that I was a huge Zappa fan.I bought and listened to everything he ever produced.also it has to be said ive never had a music lesson in my life!
I was lucky enough to see him twice live.
Massive hole in the music world without him but his influence definitely lives on.
Civilization phase 3 yes its definitely one of Franks more esoteric pieces.
