Default Thanks Devs for the new freeze

I was working on a new project last week with a lot of tracks, each having quite a few plugins. For the first time since using Reaper I began to get crackles and pops on playback. The CPU was beginning to feel the strain. I have a quad core rig, running x64 with 6gb RAM, but it seems as computers get more powerful, plugin writers start using more complex algorithms. Anyway, as an ex-Cubase user I thought, well, freeze would be really handy here (I know you can create stems but...). And this week... What can I say? Absolutely flippin' fantastic, thank you devs.

Now, about that area selection...

I just downloaded the pre-release and it works pretty well...hopefully won't need it but it's nice to have.

I think it's the flagship feature of 4.03, together with the usual wealth of refinements, bug fixes and other "featurelettes".

In short, the usual Cockos "minor" update awesomeness
