Default Korg nanoPAD layou

Hi,
Just wondering is there any standard - recommended fingering - layout for drums with nanoPAd . Mean one which would make it natural - easy to drum - standard established over time this controller was around ?
Thanks

I don't think so.

There are some 4x3 and 4x4 layouts that people are used to, mostly because they come from the Akai MPD/MPC controllers or assignments from the usual apps (Battery, Guru, GB, etc) with those devices. But AFAIK there is no standard. The weird 2x6 pad distribution of the nanopad makes things worse. So I guess you should define your own, perhaps a halved 4x3 layout.

Cheers.
