Default GDI and User resources bug. Please fix

When I have all items docked and I repeatedly toggle between the tabs, it depletes the GDI and User resources (but not the System resources) until they are down to O making Reaper quite quickly unusable under 98/ME.

I guess it may also affect NT systems but will not be visible so quickly as the resources are not of fixed size but limited by the available RAM.

Exiting Reaper frees those resources integrally.

Mistake : It is GDI and System resources that are affected and not User.

Furthermore it is GDI resources that are primarily depleting.

I happens like this :

When I launch Reaper I have say 80% of GDI resources and 50% of System resources free.

Toggling the tabs will increasingly deplete the GDI resources until it reaches 50% at which moment the System resources also begin to deplete.

And then they both deplete equally until I must close Reaper if I don't want to crash Windows.

What program do you use for monitoring this, eidenk?
I want to check if this happens in XP as well.

The resource monitor tool there is in Windows98/ME do for me.

I am not familiar with XP but I don't think such a tool exists in XP.

Anyway you can possibly measure the precise memory use of Reaper with Memload under XP :

If doing nothing else with Reaper than toggling between the tabs leads to an ever increasing use of the memory by Reaper, then it should indicate that the problem also exist with XP.
