Default Enable left-click mouse modifiers for MIDI CC lane and CC event contexts

In the MIDI editor piano roll, left-click mouse modifiers are available. This enables nifty mouse actions such as "Insert note, leaving other notes selected".

In contrast, the MIDI CC lane and MIDI CC event contexts have no left-click mouse modifiers, and in the former, left-click is apparently hard-coded to deselect all MIDI events.

This, especially combined with the long-standing bug that single-click mouse actions are always squeezed in before double-click or drag actions (http://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=115287, http://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=175881) limits MIDI CC editing possibilities. Actions as simple as "Insert CC event, leaving other events selected" are not possible, except with custom scripts and shortcuts that avoid mouse clicks.

This would be so useful devs.

If scripts are to give us fast access to features that reaper doesn't yet have, we need this

Bumping this 2-year old request.

Using new SWS functions, scripts can track mouse buttons and modifiers. Deferred CC-editing scripts can therefore look and feel like native left-drag mouse modifiers -- but only if they can be *started* from left-click mouse modifiers.

Also crucial is the old bug that Clicking in the CC lane deselects events before calling Action. As a result, double-click + mouse modifier cannot be used to call any Action that depends on, or is supposed to manipulate, selected events.
