As always high quality.
Great variation.
The only thing was the very first part up to 0:30.
The lead/Backing vocals sounded 'messy', not separated or something.

Yep, excellent as always. I'm slightly curious that you didn't opt for a fast moving gtr solo at some stage in a seven minute track, as you're really good at them, that's no criticism whatsoever though, track sounds great, cheers.

Hi Mikael,

There's a couple different things happen around @00:30. I wanted the verse lead vox to be uniquely different - so I tried all kinds of odd efx. I ended up with a Flanger. It's doing some pretty wild stuff. For that reason I kept it pretty low in the mix, but if you listen hard you can hear it.

The backgrounds there didn't sound good to me at my usual 100/100, so I played with panning them IN a bit. That's probably what you're hearing. I'm also singing a few of the backs in falsetto - and it just didn't sound great panned out hard.

Thanks for listening and your comments!

Thanks Morgon!

Ah... "to shred, or not to shred. This is the question!"

I enjoy playing the fast stuff - but trust me when I say it doesn't come easy anymore. The solo in this song is more aligned with who I am musically. I'm just a dumb, old, sappy musician at heart...

Don't kill me Mark, but this is actually pretty catchy, but still has an edge. I could hear a full band jammin' their asses off after that 4 min mark.

Artistic. Rich sonority. Vocal and guitar performances stand out to me.
