Default I learned something new about reordering Note Names

I know when you use note names on drum parts (with a text file in MIDINoteNames) - you can ctrl drag these names to re-order them and put similar drum pieces together etc.

I've never understood how these re-ordered names were stored. They seem to be linked to your project file - but when you load a different drum kit, which needs a different re-ordering - I've always had to do the re-ordering all over - each time.

Today I learned this:
- load your note name file
- re-order everything how you want it
- (in MIDI Editor) click File -> Note Names -> Save Note Names to a File
- save this to a different file from your original file (I call it the same name with "re-ordered" on the end)
- This saves all the re-ordering info to the new file!!
Now you can instantly load a different set of re-ordering for each drum kit!

This will save me so much fooling around! Maybe it's common knowledge, but I didn't know you could do this.
I'm posting for anyone else who didn't know this.

I've attached a screenshot of the "re-ordered" file - it appends the re-ordering info to the end of the file. I haven't figured out how this works yet - does anyone know?

OK - I think I know how it works.

See the screen shot - I reordered MIDI note 20 and 30 right after MIDI Note 10. It seems to count backwards and just puts in th enumber of the re-ordered note.
