Can we have the Middle Mouse Button NOT snap to anything?

I like how the middle button ignores snap mostly, makes it very useful and suits setting up the cursor for scrub. It's great we can leave snap on, and use the MB to disable snap when placing the cursor too.

However, I still find it snaps to markers and grid lines when moving it into position sometimes...can be annoying when you're zoomed in, and the snap keeps grabbing the cursor.

So, can we disable ALL snap for the middle button please?
