As this does work for everybody else, it seems to be some kind of setup problem. Unfortunately with the tiny bit of information you give, nobody will be able to help in any way.

The only way I het files to work is by rendering them to mp3 and then back to wave files. If I do not do this they will not work on media players or after I send the files for mastering?

That's not nearly enough information. You need to specify precisely what you're doing. In this case I'd say the minimum information (before anyone could possibly help) would be:

What file type are you rendering to? Not just WAV or MP3 for instance but all the parameters of it. A screen shot of your render dialog might be in order.

When render a project it will not play back on my phone, uadacity or when the masteing engineer gets the fike it plays back like it it is skipping audio or my phone says these files are not supported. In order to get it to work I have to render it to mp3.Stick it back in reaper and render it back to wave and then it will play right.

Much of your communication on this forum has involved offensive remarks either about the software, the forum, or those who are trying to help you.

You will be aware that plenty of people are clearly using REAPER without the issue you describe and, therefore, in order to find out why your particular DAW isn't working correctly you will need to tell us more about your set up and workflow specifics.

If you want help there are still people willing to offer it. There are people who sympathise with the frustration of trying to solve a localised issue.

If the 24 bit WAV files you are rendering are not playing properly, there is clearly a problem that rendering to MP3 and converting back to WAV won't solve, due to quality loss. So.. concentrating on the 24 bit WAV rendering, could you maybe make a short test file to demonstrate the skipping/glitching sound it produces?

We can then look at some settings + which plugins you use etc.

Yep. In the same ways as a Rolex wristwatch is a piece of shit if you want to get a nail in the wall.

How many times do you need to be asked to provide your rendering settings? That's why I linked to the other thread in my last post, to make it painfully clear that you've already been told.

If you can't follow a simple troubleshooting procedure, give up now. On everything.

For a start you're not endearing yourself to people and giving them a reason to assist you with an attitude like this.

► What media players are you using?
► Does it sound okay in Reaper prior to rendering?
► Your rendering settings - you have been asked several times for these?

When you render you will see a box like this:

What are your settings here?
