Source Connect Now and alternatives

Hi I would like to setup Reaper to use Sorce Connect Now or IpDTL to record voices remotely into Reaper. My problem is I have a PC (Windows 10) and Source Connect Now drivers seem to be Mac Os exclusively, as well as SoundFlower drivers for IpDts.. There doesn't seem to be any comprehensive solution for Reaper/Windows setup out there.. I was wondering if any of you achieved any good relults? Thanks for any tips you could give me.
