Regardless of the timebase setting, when changing the loop end marker by dragging in the mouse editor, the notes get dragged as if the action was a "stretch". Licecap attached.
This happens under certain conditions: for example, if I first set the media item's length as a whole number of measures and then adjust the loop end marker within the MIDI editor, everything works as expected.
If I then adjust the media item's starting point to the left (to extend the item) and then adjust the loop end marker, the notes will start to get moved within the beat.
Expected behaviour:
The adjustment of loop end marker on a midi item should not affect the position of the notes in the beat.
