It's a MIDI note with the option to show velocity handles enabled, just shorter than what REAPER is able to display at your current zoom level. You'll need to zoom in or marquee select it and use the keyboard to nudge it.

Doesn't become bigger when zooming. Tried marquee select but can't move it. (Actions / Move note left by one pixel).

Ok, could be a zero length note then, a bug that will be fixed in the next release ready soon:

Most likely this is correct. If you switch to list view (alt+3) you should be able to select, edit, or delete it.

Thanks for the info!

The midi note was recorded from Jamstix output... I guess the right way is to just record the output of the midi generating track without Jamstix.

You can also use the actions "Delete all notes less than x in length" (there's a bunch of these). You should be able to get away with 1/256 for those zero-notes.

View that MIDI clip in the MIDI Editor / Event List to see exactly what they are.
