Default Importing multitracks

Hi can someone tell me how to import a set of tracks into Reaper so as to practise mixing please. I have downloaded a set from Mike Senior's site and extracted them but I don't know how to then get them into Reaper. Thanks

You can probably just drag-n-drop them onto REAPER.

easiest way is to simply drag and drop all tracks at once from Explorer/Finder into the Reaper timeline area. Reaper will ask you if you'd like to put all tracks one behind the other onto one track or if you prefer to have each track imported into its own track. This optiopn is what you should choose.

Simply drag and drop them into the window (you can hover over the minimized icon in both windows and mac while dragging and it should open the program).

You can also open the Media Explorer and locate the files there and drag from there.

Lastly, press the Insert button on your keyboard if you have it, it will bring up a dialogue to add media items. You can also run it from the actions window (Shift + /) and search 'insert media'.
