Default ReaVerb: 'True stereo' and 'mono in stereo out' modes

Currently Reaverb uses dual mono. It would be good to have a mono'd input option in the plugin, instead of having to insert another stereo to mono plug before it, in order to get stereo out of a hard panned input.

Also, a true stereo option with a separate stereo impulse for Left and Right channels, instead of having to use two instances and extra routing to achieve this.

That already exists in the Width control (above the Pan control) by setting it to 0.0. (That Width controls the width of the signal going into the convolution process, not the width of the output.)

Ah, I thought it was the output width as the markings are not that self explanatory
A Very useful control, especially with the inverse seeing too!

The pan control below will make setting up two instances, for true stereo in-out a bit easier too

Just turn off one side (R) of the input matrix and the other side (L) on the second instance (on a second fader). Then set the width control on both to zero.
