Default Haas panning, help needed

Hi folks,

to create an intro and some additional tracks for live use with my band i need a special panning effect.
Normally L/R panning is done by reducing a signal's level on one side.
That's good for home use, but live the people standing on the side with the reduced signal level possibly won't hear it.
So my idea is to use the Haas effect to do the panning as it doesn't reduce the signal's level on either side.
Because it's for live use mono compatibility (comb filter etc.) isn't an issue.
My programming skills are limited to some PIC assembler, so i need your help.
Can someone code a JS plugin that does the following:
- input: mono signal
- output stereo signal
- a slider: L----------C----------R
- with the slider in the middle position, the input signal is equal on both outputs, no delay
- moving the slider to one side adds a delay to the other channel (full wet)
- the more the slider is positioned away from it's middle position, the longer is the delay on the opposite side, the side to which the slider is moved remains unchanged
- maximum delay (slider all the way to one side) is ~30ms

Is that possible?

Thanks in advance

JS:LOSER/timeDifferencePan does exactly that.
Or try JS:LOSER/TimeDelayer
