how to export a .mp4 file

Hi, it sounds like a really basic question but I can't figure out how to export a .mp4 file, and it's rellay getting on my nerves ^^.

I have the choice of "Video(ffmpeg/libav encoder)" in output format, and when i chose in format "QT/MOV/MP4", it only outputs a .mov file.

Can anyone help ?

There is no option to render to mp4 file on Windows. You will need to convert output file to mp4 using 3rd-party program like https://handbrake.fr/ .
