Text in empty Items to be used for subtitles

For the video editor, it would be cool for the video processor to be able to overlay text from empty items as subtitles.

This means there could be a signle Text overlay FX instance on the track, and the empty items, with text added are where it reads text from, instead of a new FX instance for each subtitle.
