Default Home recordings poor? The easy answer.

Do you struggle to get good acoustics,
find performers will not come to record with you cramped into your bedroom,
suffer from poor insulation from external noise,
need somewhere to relax in-between all those recording session where you
won't be bothered with the door bell ringing at inopportune moments,
can hold your after tracking party without prying eyes.......

Then this could be for you.
The ready made famous Old Sawmills home and studios. All you need is a bit of extra cash.

That would be five times the price if it was near London.

By foot, obviously. Boats are out of the question because roadies have an aversity to water.

Not much sunlight, especially in winter. Ha, in the photos they have the internal lights on even though day time... I was getting excited for a minute.
