Default Script: Delete/Remove All Tracks with Blank MIDI Items

I have a project with 104 (mostly hardware) tracks! They all started out with a blank midi item. I used all of the ones I'll be using and now I want a way to delete the other tracks easily and all at once! I haven't been able to find such an action naturally but I know it's possible with a script! I, however, cannot script and have no idea what I'm doing. Can someone help me with this ASAP?

Here's a custom action, test it before serious use.

Track: Unselect all tracks
Item: Select all items
SWS/S&M: Takes - Remove empty MIDI takes/items among selected items
SWS: Select only track(s) with selected item(s)
SWS: Toggle (invert) track selection
SWS/S&M: Cut selected tracks (with routing)
