Resave Custom Color Palette?

I have a custom colour palette that I like and that I'm used to, but it's now too bright on the 6.0 theme.

I can dim it with the theme adjuster, but this doesn't dim the custom colours themselves, just the items track currently in the project that are using them... How can I just dim the whole custom colour palette, then resave it as 'custom colours dimmer 6.0 version' or something, so that I don't have to keep reapplying the dimmer every time I use my custom colours?

I just want all my custom colours as they are, but just a touch dimmer (ideally saved separately so that if I want to roll my theme back I can roll the colours back too)

Any ideas?
