Default Reaper licensing

I bought a reaper license an extremely long time ago and now it's showing invalid. Can I please get some information on what changed? If this is the way going forward, is it possible to roll back my version?

edit: after trying the new version I don't want info about the new license I just want to roll back versions. I already dislike the changes.

At the very bottom of the download page, there is link (very small font text)
* Download
......Old Versions

It will link you to page like this
https://www.reaper.fm/download-old.php?ver=4x
where e.g. 4x in the address is the number of major version (so 7x, 6x, 5x, ... etc.).

Also at the top of the that page there is a title "REAPER 7.x downloads" on the left and "Jump to: latest 7.x 6.x 5.x 4.x 3.x 2.x 1.x 0.x" on the right. Those numbers are links to specific versions.

Thank you so much. No hate to the new version but some of the changes are massive time wasters for my work flow.

A license covers two whole versions . . . so for example if you paid for a license when Reaper v5 was the current version, you get version 5 and the next version... so that would be v5+v6. After that, you'd then need to pay for a new license in order to update to v7, which would then cover you for v7+v8.

As already mentioned, all versions are available here:
