Hi,
It occurs in v6.15/x64. I haven't tested it in any other version.
Even if I set the timebase to "time" in the project settings, for all tracks and for all items, the items won't lock to the time; instead, they will wrongly lock to the musical grid.
Moreover, when I follow those specific steps in the attached session, the items will lock to the time only when I redo the "Add time signature marker". Here are the steps (to try in the session in attachment):
1) Once the session is opened, select all items and set their timebase to time (item settings).
2) At bar/measure 4, insert a tempo/time signature marker (tempo 120, time sig 2/4). When I do this, the items in blue wrongly moves along with the musical grid.
3) Undo.
4) Redo. Right there, the items in blue now behave as expected: they are now locked on time.
Notes:
•I ran "ReaScript: Close all running ReaScripts" before to ensure that no script whatsoever is running.
•Also, after all those steps, if I save the session and reopen it, the same issue will occur: the items will lock on the "time" only after a redo.
•If the timebase of one or many item(s) isn't set to "time", they will always lock on the musical grid.
•I also tested with a portable version of REAPER on a USB key (with all config/preferences to default).

Any clarifications would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
