Default Can't render to an mp3/WAV

New to adding virtual instruments; in my project, wanted to show my partner what I am doing via mp3. After I click 'render' I don't see the box in the bottom right hand corner to render the track. What to I do? Seeing as I added EZ bass and EZ drummer...

without a picture I can only guess. I think it could be you have a time selection render bounds, but no time selection in the project.
Or selected tracks render, but no tracks selected.

Although the picture is really really 'microscopic' , it seems that you don't have any folder/directory specified. So Reaper cannot know where to save the file.
