Well megababy revealed the issue. Per the thread it was “ICCs fault”, whatever that means.

Justin identified and fixed the bug, but it had to do with incorrect behavior of code compiled with Intel's compiler when running on a non-Intel CPU. The incorrect behavior only arises when running assembly code generated by eel2/JSFX, so it's complicated!
