Default Is there a way to keep Reaper from reacting to MMC?

Hello everybody,

I'm new here but I've been a Reaper user since 2.55
Not a seasoned MIDI tweaker, though.

I have some devices (Roland VS 1680) that I use as Midi Controllers for Reaper. Happily receiving CC in Reaper. All good.

Now those devices have transport buttons (Play, Stop, etc.) which I want to be able to press WITHOUT Reaper reacting to it.

Those transport buttons do not send CC, but instead Midi Machine Control (MMC) being sysex messages AFAIK.
Reaper reacts to the transport buttons when I enable it to receive CC. I cannot find a way to make reaper receive CC but ignore MMC.

Is it even possible?
Thanks...!
