Default Popping Noises

I am using a line 6 pod Go for my interface and I am getting popping noises. I have increased the buffer size to its limit (6000). It helps some but not completely. What else can I try?

Is it the ASIO buffer you are increasing, or the media buffer?

You really don`t need to change any of the buffers in the Media buffer section, but assuming you are using the line6 ASIO drivers as you should, set the ASIO buffer in Audio/device/ once you have the inputs and outputs set for the Line6.
You do this by clicking on the ASIO configuration button.

Increase the ASIO setting until the pops disappear & hopefully that will take care of the problem until you start using a LOT more plugins and virtual instruments.

Good luck!
