Default PDC and delay compensation when mixing with plugins that need PDC

Is there any way to use live plugins that make latency and need PDC when mixing recorded material. Problem is not that everything is delayed. That would be ok in my use (streaming). Problem is that tracks are delayed different times depending what plugins I have in channels.

I read about delaying manually all the tracks that are not using plugins, but how to know what ms to use? And what about routing and folder tracks? Performance meter has PDC on tracks, but how to calibrate right delay in ms for every track? My session is kind of compicated with 16 inputs, sends, folder tracks, paraller compression etc. Thanks!

The tracks show the total PDC value in the performance meter.
